Last Bus To Mars is a group of musicians from other Kansas City bands who were itching to do some covers of more recent rock and alternative tunes in addition to our bread and butter of classic rock. So one day, one of the guys said, “Hey, you want to start another band?”, and we did. Thus, Last Bus To Mars was launched- not stopping to consider there was a globally famous band, “30 Seconds to Mars,” already out there..   but we’re the LAST Bus To Mars. We may be slow, but we’re good. Later, we merged with The Old Barbarians and then subsequently drove those folks away, one by one. Recently, the bus relaunched- yet AGAIN- with a mostly new crew, ready to boldly go where other bands may have already physically gone, but MUSICALLY.. we are OUT THERE!
